Shipping policy

You will be notified via email once your order is dispatched and provided a tracking number. Below are guidelines for delivery time frames and terms. 

AUSTRALIA 

All orders received by 12pm EST will be dispatched the same day with orders after that time being sent the following day. All orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be processed the following business day.  $17 Flat Rate or Free Shipping for purchases over $300. Express Shipping is $23.

Florence & Marabel uses Australia Post Satchels with signature on delivery method and a tracking number will be provided. Please note that once an item is declared as delivered by Australia Post, risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient. 

NEW ZEALAND 

$37 AUD - NZ Flat Rate. 5-7 Business Days. Our international shipping does not provide insurance on your goods. If you wish to add insurance onto your purchase please contact us at [email protected]

Please note international delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
