We've worked hard to make sure this yarn is low pilling but this is a characteristic of soft natural yarns and can be restored with delicate washing according to the care label and the use of a knitwear comb.

All orders received by 12pm EST will be dispatched the same day with orders after that time being sent the following business day. All orders received on Saturday, Sunday or on a Public Holiday will be processed the following business day.  $12 Flat Rate or Free Shipping for purchases over $300 Florence & Marabel uses Australia Post Satchels with signature on delivery method and a tracking number will be provided. Please note that once an item is declared as delivered by Australia Post, risk and title in the goods passes to the recipient.
